Fats


Fats are essential. Some fats are better for our body's than others. I think it is easy to put all fats into one category and view them as bad or unhealthy, but some fats are so so beneficial!! We need an adequate amount of fat to give us:
Calories
Energy
Essential fatty acids
Satiety

Our Body's need vitamins, and some vitamins are fat soluble. Our body's also need fat to absorb those vitamins.
